How to: MEDITATE
Meditation is a powerful philosophy and practice of becoming still. Meditation can be a a life time practice. We become still mentally, emotionally and physically, influencing the mind, body and life in positive ways. To start we simply need to deeply relax and let go. Meditation techniques vary immensely and can incorporate deep breathing, imagination, posture, movement, focused attention and more.
A good start is to create a meditation routine. Find a quite and comfortable place and commit to sitting a few minutes each day, preferably at the same time and in the same place. Allow your meditations to lengthen naturally. Become the gentle and loving witness to all your physical sensations, thoughts and feelings. Accept them all.
