What are: ENERGY CORDS, ATTACHMENTS AND PARASITES

Energy cords, attachment and parasites cover an interesting array of energetic conditions that can affect our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states of well-being. For many of us this may seem a fanciful notion, yet it must be said that the removal of cords, attachments and parasites from the energetic system is often a most palpable and liberating experience. It can literally feel like a huge weight has been lifted off and a new perspective opened to.

Energy cords are energetic strings that connect one person to another, often in unhealthy or limiting ways. They can be connected to various parts of the body or plugged into the chakra system and energy field. They are generally created by strong emotional connections. They can come from past lives or this life, remaining with us until they are relinquished. There is always a cause for their creation, and once dealt with the opportunity to become unfettered is realized.

Energy attachments  usually refer to non physical entities who for one reason or another remain connected to you. They can be with you for many lives or may have come to you in this life. In the negative they tend to tweak your emotions and / or feed off them in some way. In the more positive they can be a passed over loved one who is unable to let go. In all cases they seem to be unhealthy and limiting. They usually occur because of a subconscious belief that opens a doorway for the attachment to become initiated. Permanent release occurs through mutual consent and often by an understanding of when and how this happened.

Energy Parasites differ significantly from attachments in that they are energies predominantly from the natural world, rather than people / spirit entities. They impregnate the energy field of a person causing discordance and imbalance. There are various shamanic energy techniques that help to remove these parasites as and when the persons consciousness is ready to release them.  

Like energy attracts like energy. Most people have various shades of positive and negative energy, thus allowing these events to occur. There are several ways we can help prevent these occurrences. Firstly there is energy awareness, which helps us create impenetrable energetic barriers around the body. These barriers comprise the protective frequencies of love. Secondly we heal and clean our consciousness, restoring our natural state of purity and love. This of course is the most optimal route, as it helps remove any discordance or negativity within us that could attract these types of events.

In conclusion energy cords, attachments and parasites are a natural experience of being in the body. They can go unnoticed for a life time or be very apparent to you. They all seem to be quite removable and when relinquished the result is a noticeable, pleasant and positive change for the better.
