Making Each Day Sacred
Take five minutes or so each day, to sit in quiet meditation or reflection. This enables you to calm the mind and body, open to your higher self or spirit and deepen your internal connection with your true authenticity and divinity. With practice you are able to deeply relax, open to altered states of consciousness, develop your intuition, problem solve and receive clear guidance. These experiences naturally open you to greater clarity, creativity and inspiration.
It can be helpful to make a space in your home and / or a daily routine dedicated to this practice. Over time you may find yourself sitting for longer periods of time.
