Freeing Emotions
Emotions tend to rise and fall cyclically and / or become triggered by people and events. What we judge as negative emotions can become denied or repressed. As this occurs over time, our emotions can easily become triggered out of proportion to the circumstance. A healthy response verses an out of control reaction is an important awareness to have. When you feel the weight of your emotional burdens, take some time for yourself and sit in quiet reflection. Ask of your higher self to help you. Become willing to walk into those emotions and feel them once more. Express what arises, both vocally and physically, always in a safe and appropriate fashion. Immediately this occurs, the emotions begin to subside, eventually dissipating completely. This is the point where we feel so much lighter and brighter, restoring inner peace and tranquility once more. For we always find acceptance, forgiveness and love on the far side of our repressed and painful emotions. So open up to your emotional repertoire and free yourself from the weight of your emotional baggage, that you’ve been carrying around for far too long.
