Trance and Altered States

Trance like or altered states of awareness are simply states of meditation, deeply relaxed conditions of mind and body. These states are accessed quite naturally in daily life and with practice can be accessed at will. They are necessary for particular forms of spiritual work and to cultivate a relationship with the higher self or soul.

Spiritual or Intuitive Development

Development is a process of  growth, change or elaboration. In this context spiritual development is considered the growing awareness of the spirit, soul or higher self. Intuitive development is considered growth of an individuals intuitive skills, which is a method of spiritual communication.

Spiritual Growth

Growth is a growing process: a process of becoming larger and more mature through natural development. Spiritual growth is a process of continual and exponential expansion of soul, spirit or higher self awareness. Spiritual growth is accomplished through daily  practices and disciplines.
