The Mind or Soul Mind
The mind is the seat of thought and memory. In this context the mind is the soul, comprised of energy or light particles, and can be considered the spirit, greater self or higher self. It is the center of awareness, generating thoughts, feelings, ideas, and perceptions; the storehouse of knowledge and memories. The mind does not refer to the physical brain, intellect, psyche or psychology.

Mind state management refers to processes that teach us how to monitor and master the busy mind through spiritual and esoteric practices.
Life Management
Life management refers to esoteric practices that teach us how to live from the higher spiritual principals of peace, purity, love, joy, wisdom and purpose. It shows us that we are the creators of our reality, that we have an important purpose to fulfill and that we came here to master this experience called life.
Emotional Management
Emotional management refers to spiritual / esoteric practices, that teach us how to understand and master the cyclical nature of our emotional states that arise continuously from the soul.
Intuition
Intuition refers to the inner messages of the spirit or higher self.

Sanskars are the impressions made upon the soul from this and past lives. They are the emotionally charged thoughts forms and belief systems we carry within.
Karma
