continued: Some people ask me, why should I go into a past life to find the answers to my challenges. Well, the reality is past life regressions are accessed only in present moment attention. In a deeply relaxed trance or altered state of consciousness, focused upon the now moment and with clear intent, the cause of any given challenge will begin to arise. Upon release the challenge naturally dissipates, freeing you from the difficulty. This can be applied to mental, emotional or physical challenge.
In truth, past life regression is not a game or entertainment for the ego. It is a most powerful and serious tool of spiritual growth and development. Not only do we experience being more than this body, we gently let go of our fear of death and open to our true spiritual identity. A discovery that we are ancient souls, interconnected with everyone else and all of creation, a powerful aspect of the divine.
Successful past life regression relies on several factors. Firstly an openness to the possibility of reincarnation. If you believe it does not exists, the belief itself will block all access to its remembrance. Secondarily is motivation. Past life regressions are not passive. It is a highly proactive and powerful meditative and spiritual tool, and should not be played with lightly. Thirdly, a desire and willingness to know the truth. Past life regressions will certainly open you to both the positive and negative aspects of the self. The truth is always your truth, no one else’s and can certainly fly in the face of convention. Fourthly, be open, allow and be willing to let go. This is a state of accepting what is and surrendering the past entirely. Past life regressions are not for the faint hearted. They reveal to you that which is beautiful as well as that which is ugly. When orchestrated by your spirit and aligned with right attitude, you will discover only that which you can integrate and manage.
Past life regression is a useful tool upon our spiritual journey. It represents one phase upon the path to awakening to who you really are. When approached from a deep spiritual motivation and openness to the concept of reincarnation, past life regressions can change your life entirely. It simply is a technique of profound spiritual growth and transformation, and will lead you ever onwards and upwards into the light of self. Little by little the light becomes revealed to you. For it is where greater and greater states of peace and love reside. It simply is. Beyond all worldly definition. It is a state of grace, of purity and compassion. It is an ever expanding truth, never static always flowing, a movement towards the perfection of the divine sitting at the core of your souls heart.
